Tell us your dates and a person answers — usually with more than you asked for.

A person answers, not a form

You send a message, and one of us reads it and answers. Tell us your dates and we will tell you what is free, what it costs, and anything else you want to know before you commit to it.

That is the reason you can ask us something a form would never have thought to ask — whether two of you can be in the same dorm, what the road is like at the hour your bus gets in, whether Ella Rock is worth it on a wet Tuesday. Nothing here is priced by an algorithm and nothing changes because you looked at it twice. There is a person on the other end of it.

We usually answer within thirty minutes to two hours between 7:00 and 22:00 Sri Lanka time. If we are with guests, or if you write late at night, it takes longer.

There is no automatic reply, so silence means nobody has picked the phone up yet, not that the answer is no. Nothing is held until we have said so. If your dates are tight and you have not heard back, call the same number — it is quicker.
